Summer Reading 2013

2013 Summer Reading Program Kicks Off!

Dig up a good book at your local branch of the St. Mary Parish Library for our 2013 Summer Reading Program! Themes this year include “Dig into Reading,” “Beneath the Surface,” and “Groundbreaking Reads.”

The program will officially kick off on June 3rd. This will be the first day everyone can check out books that will count towards minutes for the Summer Reading Program. This would also be a great time to get a library card if you do not already have one. All ages are welcome to participate! Be sure to pick up a copy of the calendar of events when you register. The last day to turn in your minutes will be July 12th.

Registration is allowed at only one branch, however, you may attend any activities you wish at any of our other branches.

Come crawl in and check out the stories, crafts, music, dance, and other activities being held at the libraries located in Amelia, Baldwin, Bayou Vista, Berwick, Centerville, Franklin and Patterson.
